Our first place of interest will be the al-Noor district of the city, where we will visit the Heavenly Cathedral. Built a mere 10 years ago, this Catholic cathedral is definitely worth visiting for its stunning architecture and beautiful murals depicting scenes from the bible. We flew to Cairo through VOVA and I must say from airport drop to pick up from Cairo airport was excellent with private car with our own local guide. Guide Mohammad was very friendly and told us interesting stories about the places we saw.
