Transfer to Cairo

You will travel to Cairo with an English-speaking escort. Estimated arrival time in Cairo is around 8:30 a.m., as the journey takes approximately 5 hours by minivan.

Upon arrival, you will meet your English-speaking guide at the Nile to begin your day.

Optional Activity: Felucca Ride on the Nile

This is an optional experience on the Nile River. You will board a traditional Egyptian felucca (sailing boat) for a relaxing cruise, enjoying splendid views of the city and the pleasant breeze of the Great Nile.

The Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM)

The world's largest archaeological museum opened to the public on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, and houses over 100,000 artifacts, including the Tutankhamun Galleries and the Khufu Boat Museum.
Located near the Pyramids, the Grand Egyptian Museum is a world-class facility designed to showcase Egypt's incredible heritage. The museum's architecture combines modern design and traditional motifs, offering stunning views of the Giza Plateau. Twelve rooms are currently open to the public, displaying a curated selection of artifacts.

Lunch will be served at a local restaurant near the Pyramids. Please note that drinks are not included in the cost of lunch; any drinks ordered will incur an additional charge.

Shopping

You will have approximately one hour to shop for Egyptian souvenirs and handicrafts. If you're not interested in shopping, you can wait comfortably in the air-conditioned vehicle.

Discover the ancient wonders of the Giza Plateau, built over 4,500 years ago as monumental tombs for the pharaohs. The Pyramids of Giza are three of the most famous structures in the world: the Great Pyramid of King Khufu (Cheops), the Pyramid of Khafre, and the Pyramid of Menkaure.
The Giza Necropolis is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.

Finally, we'll conclude the tour at the Great Sphinx of Giza, one of the most iconic monuments of ancient Egypt. Located on the edge of the Giza plateau, it watches over the pyramids of Khafre and Khufu. This mysterious and enigmatic statue, with a lion's body and a human face, has been the subject of study and speculation for centuries.

Return to Sharm El Sheikh

You will leave Cairo around 6:00 PM and arrive in Sharm El Sheikh around 11:00 PM.
